True Meditation Day
Whether you are brand new to meditation or have been meditating for a long time. What matters is the right understanding and attitude towards the process of meditation. The most important aspect in the right attitude is that we approach meditation with an open mind and with a child like innocence, meaning an attitude that is not clouded by the past or what we may have read or have been told about meditation.
True meditation is about becoming aware of the true aspect of your being and seeing through the thoughts of the mind, essentially coming into a state of presence with the source of life.
This one day workshop is open to anyone who wishes to learn meditation, for anyone who has tried but struggled to meditate, or for those who have been meditating for a while but would like to go deeper into the understanding of meditation.
Most people have heard or know of the benefits of meditation, possibly even tried, but feel they are failing. There is so much information about meditation that it can be so confusing. Much of what is out there can lead you down a very difficult and complicated path.
During this one day in depth workshop, Simon will simplify and demystify meditation and teach you true Meditation.

- Barriers people face with meditation
- The traps of Meditation
- Building a solid foundation of meditation
- Incorporating meditation into your daily life
Refreshments will be provide on the day. However lunch is not included, so please bring something with you.
You may also wish to bring a journal with you to capture any insights that you gain during your meditations.
