This 3 day retreat is open to anyone who feels the soul’s calling to journey the inner path. Together we will create a loving and safe space for you to uncover the true power that you have within you, and to discover a love that you can truly hold for yourself and others.
During the 3 days Simon will guide you on a path to awakening your heart space through self-inquiry, meditation and stillness. You will go deeper and deeper into your own self discovery. Simon will point the way to your own truth with such love, wisdom, honesty and laughter. He will simply invite you to explore your inner world, where you will come to know that which you already deeply know, that you are and have always been loved.
You will experience many insightful spiritual practices, which will include working with the whole group, smaller groups and working in pairs. There will be sitting, standing, moving meditations and time for silent practice.
The aim as you leave the retreat is for you to move from the awakened awareness into the profound loving space of the spiritual heart where you come into loving unity with all that is.

The retreat is being held at the beautiful location of Foxhill House and Woodlands in Frodsham, Cheshire.
